Diversity, Inclusion, Violence Prevention

About Me

I am a diversity, inclusion, and violence prevention professional working on disruptive and transformative projects in diverse regions and sectors around the world.

I work with government and corporate partners on deconstructing gender norms and creating innovative violence prevention programming. I spend a lot of time in hospitality, technology, extractive, and post-secondary organizations internally and externally to help foster more inclusive, safe, and successful environments.

It is vital now more than ever that businesses have effective workplace harassment, sexual violence, inclusive spaces, and reporting policies. Businesses need to take the time to train their teams to have a thorough understanding of the policy and processes. It is important to remember that these policies help form your organizational culture. They aren’t about telling employees what will get them in trouble but instead highlighting conduct and behaviour that will make them and your organization successful.

I develop new and review existing policies to aid your business in creating a safe and inclusive space for your employees and customers.

Keynotes and Speeches

I challenge people to take accountability, to make themselves better, and to establish what their role is in engaging other people in their networks, whether it be professionally or personally. We need to find things they can activate in their daily lives that have a significant impact on the culture that surrounds them.

Training and Workshops

A fundamental principle of my sessions is the focus on interactive and action-oriented learning. I want all participants to walk out of the session with specific tools they feel ready and empowered to implement immediately.
